We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, but we have a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly fee for pet-owning Residents. Can Residents pay their rent online? Yes! Are Residents able to break their lease? Yes. There is a fee of $3,000 for breaking your lease at any time, which can be lowered to $1,500 with a 60 day notice. Do you require a credit check? Yes, Park 66 Flats and all other J.C. Hart communities necessitate a credit check to be performed during the application process. Is there a fee to apply? Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that covers the application, personal screening, and processing charges necessary for renting a new apartment. Are there discounts available for students, elderly Residents, or military members? J.C.
