Yes. There is a fee of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 with a 60 day notice.
Yes, Park 66 Flats and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities require a credit check to be run during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that goes to the application, background screening, and processing charges necessary for a new rental.
